медичного характеру з посиленим наглядом, які є структурними підрозділами психіатричних лікарень, призначені для застосування за рішенням суду примусових заходів медичного характеру до осіб, які хворі на психічні розлади і за своїм психічним станом і характером вчиненого суспільно небезпечного діяння становлять небезпеку для суспільства та потребують госпіталізації до психіатричного закладу з посиленим наглядом
