Description

The National Youth Policy strategically aims to boost the participation of young people in public life and in the consolidation of a culture of solidarity and coexistence, to promote civic and peace education. It also aims to promote access to public goods and services, to encourage local authorities and NGOs to design the Policies Concerning the Youth Population by promoting participation and institutionalization of programs for this population. The promotion of economic, social and cultural opportunities, including dimensions that enable youth to build, express and develop their identity in order to participate actively in the social life of the country is also a central pillar of the policy.
