Description

Le Plan d’action pour la promotion de l’enfant 2002-2006 a pour objectif de « créer un environnement juridique et social favorable à la protection et à la promotion des droits de l’enfant de 2002 à 2006». Il s’articule autour de 6 stratégies :
- l’amélioration des conditions de survie de l’enfant par le renforcement des capacités individuelles et collectives des parents à l’utilisation des services essentiels de santé au profit des enfants
- la création d’un environnement juridique et social favorable au développement de l’enfant
- l’amélioration des connaissances et des aptitudes des communautés et des enfants en matière de prévention et de protection spéciale
- l’amélioration de l’éducation civique et citoyenne du jeune adulte en vue d’une participation efficace à la vie publique nationale
- la réalisation d’études et de recherches
- la communication et le plaidoyer en faveur de la promotion de l’Enfant.
