Hereby established by this Law the Integral Protection System for Persons with Disabilities.Integral Protection System for Persons with Disabilities serves the basic and fundamental principles, providing guidance in any policy, decision and / or action taken in relation to the "Disability" as problematic and / or people with disabilities in particular.
Establécese por la presente ley el Sistema de Protección Integral para Personas con Discapacidad.
El Sistema de Protección Integral para Personas con Discapacidad atiende a los principios básicos y fundamentales que se explicitan infra, sirviendo de guía y directriz en toda política, decisión y/o medida que se tome con relación a la "Discapacidad" como problemática y/o a las personas con discapacidad en particular.
