Description
This Law aims to regulate the health activities of public and private entities, including insurance systems, in relation to hygiene and health care, as well as the creation of the Navarra Health Service, all in order to realize the right to health protection recognized in Article 43 of the Constitution.La presente Ley Foral tiene por objeto la regulación general de las actividades sanitarias de las actividades públicas y privadas, incluidas las de los sistemas de aseguramiento, en materia de sanidad interior, higiene y asistencia sanitaria, así como la creación del Servicio Navarro de Salud, todo ello con el fin de hacer efectivo el derecho a la protección a la salud reconocido en el artículo 43 de la Constitución .
