Description

La presente Ley tiene por objeto regular y desarrollar los derechos de la juventud, a fin de otorgar a los jóvenes y las jóvenes las oportunidades para su pleno desarrollo hacia la vida adulta productiva, incluyendo garantías para su capacitación, primer empleo y su participación en el proceso de desarrollo nacional mediante políticas públicas del Estado con la participación solidaria de la familia y de la sociedad.

This Act is to regulate and develop the rights of youth, in order to give the young men and women opportunities for their full development into productive adults, including guarantees for training, initial employment and participation in the national development process through public policy of the State with the joint participation of the family and society.
