La presente normativa, se constituye en el documento oficial que norma y estandariza todos los procedimientos administrativos para la Restitución de Derechos y Protección Especial que le corresponde aplicar al Ministerio de la Familia, dando respuesta a las distintas situaciones que enfrentan las niñas, niños y adolescentes que requieren de la intervención del estado para su Protección; por tanto, son de estricto cumplimiento por parte de todo el personal técnico de la institución, lo cual asegurará una mejor calidad, celeridad, calidez humana y respeto a los derechos humanos en la aplicación de las medidas de protección especial a niñas, niños y adolescentes de Nicaragua.

These regulations constitutes the official document that regulates and standardizes all administrative procedures for the Restitution of Rights and Special Protection rightfully applied by the Ministry of Family, in order to respond to different situations faced by children and adolescents that require state intervention for their protection; strict compliance is also required by all technical staff of the institution, which will ensure a better quality, speed, warmth and respect for human rights in the implementation of protective measures especially for the children and adolescents of Nicaragua.
