La presente ley reconoce las particularidades de las y los jóvenes ecuatorianos y la necesidad de establecer mecanismos complementarios a los ya existentes en el sistema jurídico, que promuevan el goce y ejercicio efectivo de sus derechos y garanticen el cumplimiento de los deberes y obligaciones.This law recognizes the particularities of Ecuadorian and youth and the need for additional mechanisms existing in the legal system, to promote the full enjoyment and exercise of their rights and ensure compliance with their duties and obligations.
