Description

Plan which aims to increase the social cohesion and the wellbeing of all citizens. This Plan constitute the response to the poverty risks and it is an instrument of analysis of reality through its indicators. The plan includes 430 actions, which are grouped into four major objectives: "Employment and access to resources", "Prevention of risk of exclusion", "initiatives to the most vulnerable" and "Mobilization of all of agents» .
