La presente Ley tiene como finalidad lograr que las jóvenes y los jóvenes alcancen una formación y desarrollo integral, físico, psicológico, intelectual, moral, social, político, cultural y económico; en condiciones de libertad, respeto, equidad, inclusión, intraculturalidad, interculturalidad y justicia para Vivir Bien; a través de las políticas públicas y de una activa y corresponsable participación en la construcción y transformación del Estado y la sociedad.

This Act aims to ensure that young men and women achieve comprehensive training and physical, psychological, intellectual, moral, social, political, cultural and economic development; in conditions of freedom, respect, fairness, inclusion, intraculturality, multiculturalism and justice for well being; through public policies and an active and responsible participation in the construction and transformation of state and society.
