Description

“An Act to amend the law relating to the age of majority, to persons who have not attained that age and to the time when a particular age is attained, and for connected purposes.”

This Act defines children as anyone under the age of eighteen (instead of 21, which the former law defined). A person will attain “full age” or the age of adulthood on their eighteenth birthday, or on the day this Act is put into force if they are already older than eighteen but younger than twenty-one years of age.
