“An Act to remove the legal disabilities of Children born out of wedlock.”This Act gives children born out of wedlock identical and equal rights to children born in wedlock. The Act also provides that the status, rights, and obligations of the parents and families of children born out of wedlock are identical and equal to those parents and families of children who are born in wedlock.
