Elaborée au terme d’une très large concertation, la loi n° 2007-293 du 5 mars 2007 réformant
la protection de l’enfance poursuit trois objectifs : renforcer la prévention, améliorer le
dispositif d’alerte et de signalement, diversifier les modes d’intervention auprès des enfants et
