Dieses Gesetz regelt:- die Unterstützung privater Trägerschaften, die sich der ausserschulischen Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen widmen;
- die Unterstützung der Kantone und Gemeinden für zeitlich begrenzte Vorhaben im Bereich ausserschulische Arbeit;
- die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Bund und Kantonen im Bereich Kinder- und Jugendpolitik;
- die Förderung des Informations- und Erfahrungsaustausches und der Kompetenzentwicklung im Bereich Kinder- und Jugendpolitik.
La présente loi règle:
- le soutien accordé à des organismes privés se consacrant aux activités extrascolaires des enfants et des jeunes;
- le soutien accordé aux cantons et aux communes pour des projets d’activités extrascolaires limités dans le temps;
- la collaboration entre la Confédération et les cantons touchant la politique de l’enfance et de la jeunesse;
- l’encouragement de l’échange d’informations et d’expériences et du développement des compétences en matière de politique de l’enfance et de la jeunesse.
La presente legge disciplina:
- il sostegno alle istituzioni private che si dedicano alle attività extrascolastiche di fanciulli e giovani;
- il sostegno ai Cantoni e ai Comuni per progetti di durata limitata nel settore delle attività extrascolastiche;
- la collaborazione fra la Confederazione e i Cantoni nel settore della politica dell’infanzia e della gioventù;
- la promozione dello scambio di informazioni e di esperienze, nonché dello sviluppo delle competenze nel settore della politica dell’infanzia e della gioventù.
This Act regulates:
- The support of private sponsorships, dedicated to the extracurricular work with children and young people;
- Support for cantons and municipalities for temporary projects in the field of extra-curricular work;
- Cooperation between the federal government and the cantons in the area of child and youth policy;
- The promotion of information and exchange of experiences and skills in the field of child and youth policy.
