Description

Diese Verordnung regelt:
- die Durchführung von Massnahmen zum Schutz von Kindern und Jugendlichen
durch den Bund;
- die Durchführung von Massnahmen zur Stärkung der Kinderrechte;
- die Gewährung von Finanzhilfen des Bundes an Massnahmen, die von Dritten durchgeführt werden.

La présente ordonnance règle:
- la mise en oeuvre par la Confédération de mesures visant à protéger les enfants et les jeunes;
- la mise en oeuvre par la Confédération de mesures visant à renforcer les droits des enfants;
- l’octroi par la Confédération d’aides financières pour des mesures mises en oeuvre par des tiers.

La presente ordinanza disciplina:
- l’attuazione da parte della Confederazione di provvedimenti per la protezione
dei fanciulli e dei giovani;
- l’attuazione da parte della Confederazione di provvedimenti per il rafforzamento
dei diritti del fanciullo;
- la concessione di aiuti finanziari federali per l’attuazione da parte di terzi.
