Deze landsverordening stelt regels ten aanzien van instellingen voor gezondheidszorg die mede betrekking hebben op het reguleren van de vestiging van zorginstellingen en de aanschaf van apparaten, alsmede op de kwaliteit van de in zorginstellingen te verlenen zorg.Deze wet is geüpload op 3 april 2014.
