이 법은 [청소년기본법] 제 49조 제4항에 따라 청소년복지 향상에 관한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.The purpose of this Act is to provide for matters concerning the improvement of juvenile welfare pursuant to Article 49 (4) of the Framework Act on Juveniles.
