Dieses Gesetz regelt das Recht jedes Kindes auf Schutz und Fürsorge, persönliche Beziehungen, angemessene Beteiligung und Berücksichtigung seiner Meinung, gewaltfreie Erziehung, Schutz vor wirtschaftlicher und sexueller Ausbeutung sowie spezifischem Schutz und Fürsorge bei Behinderung.
