Dieses Gesetz regelt das Recht jedes Kindes auf Schutz und Fürsorge, persönliche Beziehungen, angemessene Beteiligung und Berücksichtigung seiner Meinung, gewaltfreie Erziehung, Schutz vor wirtschaftlicher und sexueller Ausbeutung sowie spezifischem Schutz und Fürsorge bei Behinderung. This law regulates the right of every child on protection and care, personal relationships, appropriate participation and consideration of its opinion, nonviolent education, protection of economic and sexual exploitation as well as specific protection and care in case of disability.
