Ziel dieses Gesetzes ist die Umsetzung des Benachteiligungsverbotes von Menschen mit Behinderung und die Herstellung gleichwertiger Lebensbedingungen von Menschen mit und ohne Behinderung. Die letzte Änderung des Gesetzes erfolgte am 15.12.2010. Das Gesetz wurde am 30.01.2014 in die MiNDbank hochgeladen.
