Description

The law is closely related to Germany’s national disability equality law, which has come into force on 1st May 2002 and complements it in many key areas. The main goal of this law is to improve the accessibility and mobility for people with disabilities, facilitating communication due to the recognition of German sign language and the legal establishment of Bavarian representatives for the needs of people with disabilities. The law came to force on 09/07/2003 and was last updated on 22/07/2014.
