Description

This Code establishes the basic guarantees of rights and legal interests of children enshrined in the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic. It aims to ensure the standard of living is adequate for the physical, mental, moral, spiritual and social development of children and that vulnerable children in particular receive adequate protection.
