Description

The Fifth Constitutional Government is a continuation of the Fourth Constitutional Government, and is charged with continuing to implement the programs and reforms of the previous Government. It will also continue to improve actions and work systems, and fine-tune methodologies and the operation of administration and management. Continuity will be reflected in the pursuance of on-going programs and of programs to be started. The organic structure of the Fifth Constitutional Government is based on the philosophy of the continuity of the progress made and to lead the public administration towards goals of efficiency and effectiveness in delivering services to the people and reporting to the State.
