La stratégie sectorielle de Maroc pour la période 2012-2016 comprend sept axes stratégiques:
(1) L’amélioration de l’accès aux soins et de l’organisation des services,
(2) Le renforcement de la santé de la mère et de l’enfant,
(3) La promotion de la santé des populations à besoins spécifiques,
(4) Le renforcement de la surveillance épidémiologique et développement des vigilances sanitaires,
(5) Le développement du contrôle des maladies non transmissibles,
(6) Le développement et maitrise des ressources stratégiques de la santé et
(7) L’amélioration de la gouvernance du système de santé.

Morocco's Sectoral Strategy for Health for 2012-2016 includes seven strategic areas:
