Description

E törvény célja a fogyatékos személyek jogainak, a jogok érvényesítési eszközeinek meghatározása, továbbá a fogyatékos személyek számára nyújtandó komplex rehabilitáció szabályozása, és mindezek eredményeként a fogyatékos személyek esélyegyenlőségének, önálló életvitelének és a társadalmi életben való aktív részvételének biztosítása.


The purpose of this Act is to ensure the rights of persons with disabilities, to define means of enforcing those rights and the rehabilitation of the complex regulation of persons with disabilities, which should result in equal opportunities for persons with disabilities; independent living and active participation in social life.
