La Ley de la Jurisdicción Constitucional tiene como fin regular la jurisdicción constitucional, cuyo objeto es garantizar la supremacía de las normas y principios constitucionales y del Derecho Internacional o Comunitario vigente en la República, su uniforme interpretación y aplicación, así como los derechos y libertades fundamentales consagrados en la Constitución o en los instrumentos internacionales de derechos humanos vigentes en Costa Rica.The Constitutional Jurisdiction Act aims at regulating the Constitutional Jurisdiction, which role is to ensure the supremacy of constitutional principles and standards and of the Republic current International and Community Act.
