The principles of this Constitution is as follows;

- To build in the country a society based on freedom , justice, brotherhood and
peace
- Democracy and socialism

These principles can only be realized in a democratic society whose government is administered by Legislature composed of elected members and representative
citizens, but also of independent Judiciary implementing them to provide justice without any fear or favor , and so ensure that all human rights rests with protections , and responsibilities of each person being implemented honestly.
