ბრძანება ეხება პირველადი ფსიქიატრიული გამოკვლევის ჩატარებისა და დასკვნის გაცემის თანდართული წესის დამტკიცებას და გაცემულია „ფსიქიატრიული დახმარების შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 28-ე მუხლის „გ“ ქვეპუნქტის შესრულების მიზნით.
