Dieses Gesetz fördert ein Berufsbildungssystem, das dem Einzelnen die berufliche und persönliche Entfaltung und die Integration in die Gesellschaft, insbesondere in die Arbeitswelt, ermöglicht. Das Amt für Berufsbildung und –beratung kann für Menschen mit Behinderung besonders geregelte Abschlussprüfungen organisieren und dem Auszubildenden können Beiträge für die besondere Mühe der Ausbildung entrichtet werden.
