Description

La presente Ley es de orden público, interés social y observancia general, aplicable en el Distrito Federal para Instituciones públicas, sociales y privadas que planifiquen, administren y coordinen los servicios de salud mental. Tiene por objeto regular las bases y modalidades, para garantizar el acceso a los servicios de salud mental del Distrito Federal, con un enfoque de derechos humanos e incorporando la perspectiva de género.


This Act is applicable in the Federal District Public institutions, public and private, which plan, manage and coordinate mental health services. It sets out terms and conditions, to ensure access to Federal District mental health services, with a focus on human rights and incorporating a gender perspective.
