Ley de la Comisión de los Derechos Humanos. Nueva Ley publicada en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el 29 de junio de 1992. Texto Vigente. Últimas reformas publicadas DOF 10-06-2013. Esta ley es de orden público y de aplicación en todo el territorio nacional en materia de Derechos Humanos, respecto de los mexicanos y extranjeros que se encuentren en el país, en los términos establecidos por el apartado "B" del artículo 102 constitucional.

Human Rights Commission Act. New Act published in the Federal Official Gazette on June 29, 1992. Legislation in force. Last reforms published in the Federal Official Gazette (DOF) on June, 10, 2013. This law is mandatory and applicable throughout the country in the field of Human Rights, for Mexicans and foreigners who are in the country, in the terms established by paragraph "B" of Article 102 of the Constitution.
