Description
This Law provides prevention and protection from discrimination exercise of the rights guaranteed by the Constitution of the Republic of Macedonia.The Law prohibits any direct or indirect discrimination, and reference encouraging discrimination and assisting discriminatory treatment on basis of sex, race, color, gender, belonging to a marginalized group, ethnic origin, language, nationality, social origin, religion or belief, other beliefs, education, political affiliation, personal or social status, disability, age, familial or marital status, property status and health status.
