Ley Para La ProtecciÓn de los Derechos de NiÑas, NiÑos y Adolescents. Nueva Ley publicada en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el 29 de mayo de 2000. Texto Vigente. La presente ley se fundamenta en el párrafo sexto del artículo 4o. de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, sus disposiciones son de orden público, interés social y de observancia general en toda la República Mexicana y tiene por objeto garantizar a niñas, niños y adolescentes la tutela y el respeto de los derechos fundamentales reconocidos en la Constitución.
