Ley Para La ProtecciÓn de los Derechos de NiÑas, NiÑos y Adolescents. Nueva Ley publicada en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el 29 de mayo de 2000. Texto Vigente. Última reforma publicada DOF 19-08-2010. La presente ley se fundamenta en el párrafo sexto del artículo 4o. de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, sus disposiciones son de orden público, interés social y de observancia general en toda la República Mexicana y tiene por objeto garantizar a niñas, niños y adolescentes la tutela y el respeto de los derechos fundamentales reconocidos en la Constitución.

This law is based on the sixth paragraph of Article 4. of the Constitution of the United Mexican States, its provisions are about public order and social interests generally observed throughout Mexico. It is intended to ensure that children and adolescents have the fundamental rights enshrined in the Constitution.
