Legislation in Force.
In the United States of Mexico all persons shall enjoy human rights recognized in the Constitution and international treaties to which Mexican state is part, as well as guarantees for their protection, the exercise of which may be restricted or suspended except in cases and under the conditions established by this Constitution.
