This document has two parts. The first is a brief summary of our vision forthe future of Health and Social Services in the NWT. The second is a three
year plan which will form the blueprint to guide us towards our vision. Many
of the actions we are taking in areas such as infrastructure and technology
will form a foundation that will help us move forward well beyond 2012.
