Description

11 chap; § 4:

If anyone because of illness, mental disorder, weakened state of health or similar condition help to assert his right, manage their property or to arrange for his person, the Court shall, if necessary, decide to organize guardianship for him or her. Such a decision may not be made without the consent of the person for whom guardianship shall be provided, unless the individual's condition prevents his or her opinion to besought.
