Description

The aim of this Act is to ensure disabled people equality of rights and a standard of living comparable with that of other citizens and to create conditions in which they are able to live a normal life. Disability refers to mental retardation, psychiatric illness, physical disability, blindness and deafness. Disabilities can also be the consequence of chronic illness and of accidents.
