This section contains information from Parties’ implementation reports by treaty provisions. Reports submitted by Parties under Article 21 of the WHO FCTC are self reports. Their content is the sole responsibility of the reporting Parties. Reports and the information therein are published exactly as submitted, and the validity of the information provided is not verified or cross checked against external sources.

Treaty provisions can be selected from the drop-down menu on the top-right hand or from the menu below. Within treaty articles, searches can be carried out by individual measures and/or questions of the reporting instrument. The indicator tables, accessible by clicking on the respective indicator titles, contain the latest available information from Parties, and not from all previous reporting cycles.
