В состав такой продукции входит никотин и различные пищевые добавки, в том числе ароматизаторы. Порции продукта носят название «пэки» или «паучи». Выпуск в обращение данного изделия спровоцировал массовое производство продуктов с никотином в различных вариациях (конфеты, пастилы). В совокупности это привело к многочисленным отравлениям несовершеннолетних, в связи с чем были приняты срочные меры по изъятию данной продукции с рынка.
