Implementation of PHC Demonstration Project in Rural Settings, - Building local capacities (Infrastructure, Service model, HRH) for sustainability of the PHC model in use - Roll-out of PHC Demonstration Project to Subnational Level (6 regions), - Technical and Policy Support Mission by WHO GDO on PHC, -Follow up mission recommendation in close collaboration with National Authorities Based on the lessons learned, the pilot to be initiated at the sub-national level on PHC strengthening from Sept 2023
