Technical cooperation in building a family practice based PHC system
Deliverables
Monitor performance at district level ( support MoH in printing the needed materials and support the movement of Family Practice supervisors).
Technical support on Family Practice (FP)( to support the MoH in the implementation of the FP 7 pillars and supporting MoH focal points to attend national and regional meetings).
Training, ( train health workers of 4 districts in the west bank on the 7 pillars of the Family practice for 2 - 3 days )
Develop Family Practice tools and guidelines ( supporting MoH to do workshops for different specialist to develop and update Tools and guidelines)
