Appuyer la mise en œuvre et le suivi des performances du plan : revues semestrielles et annuelles, sorties de terrain

Fatimata: L’OMS a soutenu l’organisation de 02 missions conjointes (Gouvernement et PTF/Santé) de terrain conduites de suivi des performances du secteur par le ministre de la santé dans les régions de Diffa, Zinder et Tillabéri. Ces missions ont permis d'avoir un dialogue direct avec les acteurs clés du terrain et une immersion dans les réalités locales du système de santé au niveau de ces deux régions.
Résultats : i)dialogue direct avec le personnel de santé et les populations des structures sanitaires visitées; ii) engagement des autorités administratives et coutumières à soutenir les actions de santé, y compris la mobilisation des communautés en de comportements plus favorables à la santé ; iii) Identification de défis/besoins supplémentaires pour améliorer la disponibilité des soins et services ; iv) Engagement des PTF pour un soutien accru et aligné aux priorités nationales, en particulier dans les zones fragiles et difficiles d'accès.
