Technical guidance and operational support to countries to optimize and expand their health and care workforce including through integrated people centered primary health care transformation
Technical support to development of 10-year Blueprint for the Allied Health Workforce in Malaysia 2026-2035 including implementation plan and results framework for monitoring and evaluation. The Blueprint will contribute to health reformed and reoriented workforce models desired under the health system transformation agenda of Malaysia including shifts to multidisciplinary team-based models of PHC delivery inclusive of allied health professionals performing to their full potential best suited to addressing growing non-communicable diseases, risks of health emergencies and to supporting healthy ageing and mental health and well-being.
