Support research and evidence generation studies in country including NHA and funding flows. Such studies will contribute to the ongoing multi-sectoral policy dialogue and development and discussions on the GAVI and GF ATM transition roadmap in the country throughout 2018

Support the Ministry of Health with the Health Sector Reform (HSR) Strategy which focus on basic services & health financing
Countries will have prepared/developed/updated/adapted their NHPSP through an inclusive policy dialogue process leading to better coverage with essential health services, financial risk protection and health equity
Support costing and implementation for essential service delivery packages linking to benefits package of National Health Insurance (NHI) scheme
Support for stakeholder meetings and policy dialogue on approved essential service delivery packages and a costing of the health service delivery packages
Support the gov't in strengthening health governance to lead and advocate coordinated approach with development partners across various progs
Support the Ministry of Health in organizing the Health Sector Working Group and Technical Working Group Meetings, the gov't-led donor coordination mechanism, and in enhancing leadership for transforming the health system to meet the current and future health needs in line with priorities in the Health Sector Reform Strategy 2021-2030 and the 5-year Health Sector Development Plan
