Establish a methodology for applying the Integrated Health Services Networks (IHSN) evaluation tool to assess the maturity of the IHSN and identify areas for improvement to strengthen the resiliency of the networks 2026: workshops on the new IHSN document, application of the tool in one (1) Health Service, including the generation of an improvement plan and definition of an application methodology in the Chilean context. 2027: Application of the IHSN evaluation tool in 2 new Health Services. 2028: Comparative evaluation of IHSN maturity in the Health Services applying the tool in 2026.

Strengthen the integrated national response to population aging 2026: National workshop for updating the care program based on Integrated care for older people (ICOPE) in Rural Communities. 2027: Implementation of ICOPE in 3 Health Services. Preparation of a national ICOPE operational manual based on evidence from 2026. 2028: Systematization and analysis of results of the implementation of ICOPE, including its adoption in rural and urban areas.

Strengthen the capacities of interprofessional teams at the first level of care to support a resilient health system at the first level capable of adapting to shocks such as health emergencies: 2026: 2026: Develop a course in the Chilean CVSP node of work in interprofessional teams. 2027: Survey of good practices, articulated with the PHC Practices Community.. 2028: Develop and publish national guidelines for interprofessional work incorporating profiles, roles and processes.

Strengthen the productive management of health services to improve programmatic planning and performance 2026: Develop and publish the digital Manual for PERC (Production, Efficiency, Resources and Costs) for Chile; disseminate it among health services. 2027: Implementation of the PERC tool in at least 5 selected municipalities. Develop a course in the Chile node of the CVSP on the PERC Manual 2028: Virtual training for local productivity managers in Health Services.

Contribute to the consolidation of the person-centered comprehensive care strategy at national level 2026: Publish and disseminate the updated strategy 2027: Development and dissemination of and regional training on operational tools 2028: Development of national implementation tracking matrices. Consensus workshop to define mandatory minimum standards for national operation of the strategy.
