Support research and evidence generation studies in country including NHA and funding flows. Such studies will contribute to the ongoing multi-sectoral policy dialogue and development and discussions on the GAVI and GF ATM transition roadmap in the country throughout 2018

Support the Ministry of Health with the Health Sector Reform (HSR) Strategy which focus on basic services & health financing
Countries will have prepared/developed/updated/adapted their NHPSP through an inclusive policy dialogue process leading to better coverage with essential health services, financial risk protection and health equity
Support costing and implementation for essential service delivery packages linking to benefits package of National Health Insurance (NHI) scheme
Support for stakeholder meetings and policy dialogue on approved essential service delivery packages and a costing of the health service delivery packages
Support Capacity Building for M&E of health policies, plans
Integrated SDG/UHC/HSR indicators matrix developed. On-going support provided for training on use of DHIS2 as a platform for MoH monitoring and reporting of UHC and SDGs.
