The DRG grouper for the MHIF information system on treated case developed and installed. ToR for developing new information management system for MHIF to improve the capacity and productivity of existing databases , Full description of DRG development process during 5 years prepared and officially handed over to MHIF to be used as a Guidance for further work on DRG improvement. The new MHIF information management system developed based on new DRG system making the process of introduction of new DRG system in the case based payment irreversible. Within the finalization process the following aspects of comprehensive DRG system has been worked out:(1) the approaches to financing for short-term (one-day) stay of children, short-term (one-day) stay of pregnant women, emergency medical care (up to 3 hours), emergency medical care (from 3 to 24 hours); analysis of 2021-2022 data of TB hospitals and outpatient treatment; further development of new DRG model and improving the "Treated Case" information system. Series of training for MHIF territorial branches and hospitals on new DRG system conducted. |
