Improving financial protection through expanding access to medicines. This includes further national scale up and elaboration of mechanisms of price regulation including introduction of e-prescription system. Public campaign on new prices for medicines and reimbursement model and strengthening of procurement and pricing to improve access to selected Essential Medicines, e.g. to address high burden from NCDs. Price regulation and practices are improved leading to decreased patient cost sharing to medicines in additional drug package via implementation new regulation on price regulation for ADP medicines and improved practices of hospital procurement. Regulation of revision of EML and ADP updated.
