Update community health workers training program curriculum: 1) Assess the current community health training program for content and quality against global and reginal best practices, institutional goals, and community needs, and provide recommendations; identify key stakeholders from MOH, training institutions, and PAHO; develop terms of reference and prepare relevant documentation; develop an initial draft of the plan and methodology for the review of the programme which includes surveys based on students learning . outcomes, tutor interviews, and curriculum design methodologies; develop systematic recommendations for improving the training program and curriculum; consult stakeholders to validate findings and recommendations; revise the curriculum. (2026) 2) Support the training of trainers workshops for CHW tutors based on the revised curriculum.
