Iraq Strengthen capacities for health workforce governance and regulation

Developed a dynamic electronic dashboard to enhance evidence-based decision-making in human resources management. This tool enabled real-time tracking of workforce distribution, skill mix, and gaps, improving health workforce planning and deployment.

Strengthened the Ministry of Health’s (MoH) capacity by providing training on data entry tools, quality assurance mechanisms, and analytical tools, including Microsoft Power BI. Additionally, introduced system integration tools using APIs to enhance interoperability, empowering the MoH to sustain and scale its health workforce monitoring system for informed decision-making
