Deliverables
Formulated a national strategy with clear targets, monitoring frameworks, and implementation roadmaps for improving women, child, and adolescent health. Facilitated multi-sectoral consultations with stakeholders, including government agencies, civil society, and international partners, to ensure policy alignment with global health goals. Integrated maternal and perinatal death surveillance and response (MPDSR) mechanisms into the national health system to improve maternal mortality reduction strategies. Developed implementation mechanisms for integrating gender-sensitive and child-friendly health policies at national and local levels. Expanded school health and nutrition programs to address adolescent health and ensure early interventions for at-risk populations. Strengthened multi-sectoral coordination to enhance service delivery and accountability across maternal and child health programs. Conducted training programs for healthcare providers on adolescent-friendly services, maternal health management, and childhood disease prevention.
